Manor Royal BID worked with Crawley Borough Council and Crawley College to explore recruitment challenges and skills gaps faced by businesses.

The aim was to identify a series of meaningful joint actions we can take to address the personnel needs of businesses.
Project benefits
For Manor Royal specifically the study will help inform the work of the BID, whether that be through the services we deliver ourselves (ie in transport, recruitment, training or facilities) or the way we work with others for the benefit of the businesses in Manor Royal and those they employ.
