Win a home fit for the stars on millionaires row, for just £2!
Want to live in a house like this? Make that dream a reality! You could win this beautiful home, for just £2! and support Chestnut Tree House (a charity providing hospice care for children and young people based in Sussex) and St Barnabas House in the process (a charity providing palliative care to adults in the Worthing area).
Nestled close to Goring-by-Sea, is the beautiful seaside location of East Preston and within it, sits the private estate of Kingston Gorse, an exclusive and private estate, lined with unique and gorgeous homes owned by the stars. The chance to live in one of these beautiful properties, is now up for grabs, for just £2 a ticket, thanks to owner, Peter Pearce, who has announced he will be selling his £1.25 million four-bedroom home as part of a prize draw to support two local hospices, Chestnut Tree House and St Barnabas House.
The house, which is colloquially known as ‘The Tower' in the local area, is not just ‘any' £1.25 million home. It is a former water tower, once owned by an artist (hence it's now named ‘Painter's Keep'). Peter, who purchased the home in 2000, has undertaken the extensive renovation of the property. As a result of Peter's hard work, the property now boasts panoramic views from the fourth floor ‘observatory' and a kitchen that celebrity chefs would be envious of. And all of this is up for grabs for just £2 a ticket!
Better yet, with no limit on the number of tickets purchased, there is also the chance to earn additional ‘free tickets' and a £10,000 prize, simply by sharing the link you receive once you have purchased your tickets, on your social media channels. The more friends and family you get to buy tickets via your link, means more free tickets (and more chances) to be in with the chance of winning a once in a lifetime prize!
The tickets which went on sale on the 20th July are hoped to raise at least £150,000 for Chestnut Tree House (a charity providing hospice care for children and young people based in Sussex) and St Barnabas House (a charity providing palliative care to adults in the Worthing area). The hospices launched a crisis appeal earlier this year when the COVID-19 crisis led to a 70% drop in fundraising income, asking the local community for help to ensure they can continue providing care for adults, children and families.
Peter says: "I saw the hospices' appeal and having tried to sell my house I saw this prize draw initiative as a way for me to move on , while potentially changing someone's life with an amazing new home, and giving something back to our local hospices, which are very close to my heart. St Barnabas House is where my father was cared for until his passing and I witnessed the amazing work the team do there."
Peter concluded: "As a bonus, I am also throwing in stamp duty costs and the rest of this year's council tax. So get your tickets while you can, for the chance of winning your dream home."
Matt Turner, CEO of the Creative Group on Manor Royal and Patron of Chestnut Tree House said;
"It is great when people get involved with Chestnut Tree House and St Barnabas. This prize draw is something really unique and offers a once in a lifetime prize, whilst supporting two amazing charities in the process. I am so pleased that my team at Creative Pod can get involved and help support this initiative with their marketing skills."
