FREE Wellbeing Champion Training*
One free place per organisation* on the Cari Wellbeing Champions course (worth £190 + VAT). The course encourages conversations about wellbeing and mental health in the workplace. It explores how to break down stigma and engage people in fostering a positive culture – an environment where everyone feels able, and supported, to access wellbeing initiatives and support. Cari runs this through The School of NeuChem, so this is properly assessed, and accreditation is available.
The course is designed to either compliment and uplift your existing MHFA's or to sit in place of that training as they address boundary setting and having conversations more than mental health literacy. It is delivered through a mixture of online learning and live workshops and are designed to be accessible for remote and hybrid working.

Wellbeing Consultation
Free for everyone on Manor Royal. The online consultation is designed to identify and improve your wellbeing. It is completely anonymous, and your data is protected. All you need to do is click on this link and set up your own private login https://www.cariwellbeing.co.uk/manor-royal-bid/
After completing a consultation every participant will receive an analysis of their consultation which breaks down how they are feeling, including capturing how their brain capability, creativity, and general happiness is going.
They will also be signposted to recommendations to support improvements in their wellbeing, no matter where they are in their scores, both high and low, all people deserve to thrive at work. Our Recommendations are tailored to suit each person.
