Gatwick Road based ILG has been acquired by the UK division of global logistics provider Yusen Logistics. ILG was established in 1990 and is a fast-growing market leader in e-commerce warehousing, fulfilment and delivery, with an added specific expertise in the fashion and beauty sectors.

22/08/2018 - More Buses from Metrobus
As part of Metrobus twice-yearly service review, Routes 4 and 5 will be extended to Gatwick Airport South Terminal via London Road and Lowfield Heath. These changes will create a new link from Pound Hill and Langley Green to Betts Way, Lowfield Heath and Gatwick South Terminal. The route extension means the service to the Betts Way and Lowfield Heath areas will double.

Clearbell Capital, the private equity real estate fund manager, has announced it has let 27,309 sq. ft to Regus at CC3, Churchill Court in Manor Royal.
The serviced office provider has signed a new 15-year lease with break in year 10 on the whole building and will pay an annual rent of £682,201, equating to £25.50 per sq. ft (£274 per sq m).
