Manor Royal-Gatwick Road roundabout works (NEXUS / Surrey CC project)

Manor Royal-Gatwick Road roundabout works (NEXUS / Surrey CC project)

These improvement works affect the roundabout at the junction of Manor Royal road and Gatwick Road. They are required as part of the planning conditions to improve the traffic flows following the construction of the new L3 buildings nearby.

When do they start and end?

They start on 25th February 2019 and are planned to finish on 5th July 2019.

Will there be any road closures?

The work will be carried out in a series of six phases to minimise disruption. There will be some lane closures, lane narrowing and some road closures scheduled at times although for the vast majority of the works the actual road will be open. Delays will be inevitable and there will be traffic diversions in place during certain phases.

How can you keep up to date?

We will post information here and via Manor Royal Business Watch. You can also keep up to date via the West Sussex County Council website.
