This year Elekta will celebrate its 50th year of operation. Since the company began, Elekta has driven to deliver cutting-edge, precision radiation therapy and to openly collaborate and help clinicians provide the best possible life outcomes for every patient – building hope for everyone dealing with cancer, together.
On Saturday 3rd September 50 colleagues, including Managing Director, Dee Mathieson and Global Facilities Director, Tim Rose, will abseil down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth for their charity partner St Catherine’s Hospice.
St Catherine’s ambition is to help everyone face death informed, supported and pain free. Providing expert hospice care, they are there for people in West Sussex and East Surrey, when life comes full circle.
Since the pandemic they have had to drastically reduce their services. Reliant solely on donations and no government income, there has never been a more important time to give back to our community.
Please help Elekta help St Catherine’s by clicking their Team Page and donating to one of their brave abseilers. Your donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. Thank You.
