Born and raised in Crawley, Steve is Executive Director of the Manor Royal BID Company and has over 20 years economic and BID development experience across the private and public sectors in disciplines from finance and performance improvement to corporate policy and planning.
Steve has a Masters in psychological research, design and analysis. In what spare time he has while not watching the Reds, Steve can be found running or trying to be a decent parent to his three (triplets) sons.

Sam has worked in internal and external communications, public relations and ran her own business specialising in project management and business development.
Sam is married with two rugby playing boys and has been a trustee and community mediator for over 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and vino. Sam loves working for the Manor Royal BID, joining in 2024.

Helen has lived in Crawley for 14 years and has worked in commercial radio, recruitment and immigration compliance before joining Manor Royal BID in 2024.
Helen is married with two children and a Sausage Dog called Benji and in her spare time, she likes cooking, walking the dog and is delighted to be part of the Manor Royal BID.

Chris is Crawley born and bred, working for 20 years at Radio Mercury as a presenter as well writing radio commercials and running their charity appeal, Operation Santa. He has been a County Councillor since 2009 and also runs a social media management business.
Chris joined Manor Royal BID in 2019 and says; "Working for Steve, the Executive Director and being part of the BID has been the best job I've had. I'm lucky to work with such a fun, hardworking team and love working with the huge variety of businesses on the Business District".
Chris has been with his partner for almost 30 years and in his spare loves walking Ellie the Jack Russell.
