Details of significant roadworks impacting the Manor Royal Business District

Gatwick Road Rouandabout - Hazelwick Flyover
Extensive resurfacing works are taking place between Gatwick Road Roundabout and the Hazelwick Flyover from Monday 16th September to Friday 27th September.
Gatwick Roundabout to Hazelwick Flyer, including Maxwell Way and Bank Precinct will be closed, with a diversion in place at night time working hours (20:00-06:00).
West Sussex County Council contractors, unfortunately after looking at all possible alternatives, will have to close the Napier Road access slip road to Manor Royal during these hours, to undertake the full extent of the works. This will of course, mean that courier businesses, and any other 24 hour businesses, will not be able to operate from the buildings situated within the Napier Road vicinity; the only exceptions for access will be emergency vehicles.
