Business Grants Up for Grabs
A number of business grant schemes have been announced recently which may be of interest to some Manor Royal companies. Here is a quick overview:
Crawley Borough Council's successful small business grant scheme is supporting micro and small businesses in Crawley and Manor Royal. Companies with less than 50 employees who operate in the Crawley area can now apply for business support grants up to £2,000 and apprenticeship grants up to £1,500. Discover more here.
If you are looking to buy energy saving equipment, you may be interested in applying for a grant from the Sussex Air Quality Partnership. It is available for businesses looking to purchase things such as efficient boilers, low energy lighting, insulation and electric vehicles (cars, vans, mopeds & bikes)! If your business employs less than 250 people and has a turnover of less than £44 million pa. you may be eligible. Discover more here.
Coast to Capital LEP has launched a second round of the Growth Hub Escalator Programme. The six-month programme, delivered with the MDHUB, supports businesses to achieve their potential through a series of facilitated peer-to-peer groups, which each month focus on a barrier to growth with a solution driven outcome. The programme, which is 50% match-funded by the Coast to Capital Growth hub, will support up to 40 companies with the cost to each business just £100 per month. Discover More here.
