BID Brings People Together
It’s been another busy week for Manor Royal with several events taking place across the Business District. Business people have gathered together to hear from lawyers and economists to update their knowledge and discover insights on the latest government policy and legal rulings.
On Tuesday (21st March), more than thirty HR professionals came together courtesy of the Manor Royal BID to hear about the latest legal updates in relation to HR policy for employers. Held every quarter, the People Forum provides an opportunity for those managing people on Manor Royal to get together to share best practice.
At the event this week, delegates heard from Greg Burgess and Adam Williams, both Partners for local law firm DMH Stallard.
They also listened to Jo McKinney-Green who spoke about this year’s Crawley STEMfest event which is launching on Tuesday 4th April, from 17:00 at Welland Medical on Manor Royal. The evening will be an opportunity to network with friends and colleagues from industry and education and to enjoy some science- based comedy. The event is being sponsored by the Manor Royal BID.
